Have you ever said to someone? “I don’t feel like myself today, I simply don’t have the energy I normally do” My guess is ‘YES’.
Albert Einstein said it well, “Everything is energy” Did you know that you have an energy reading or frequency? All living and non-living things have a frequency, measured in MegaHertz (MHz). When the body’s frequency is low, this typically means you are more prone to sickness. When a body’s frequency is high, you are more likely to be healthy.
When we talk about frequency we are referring to the number of vibrations that occur in one-second, which are measured in hertz (Hz). The frequency of the human body can be measured in a variety of ways, but one of the most common methods is by the use of a biofeedback machine. (ITOVI® or ZYTO® scan machines) This is a machine that works by detecting skin temperature, muscle tension and/or brain activity. I know this sounds pretty difficult to believe, but my husband, friend and I have had a ZYTO® scan done. The results of the scan were spot on with what we were experiencing at a healthy level in our bodies. Examples: It detected my husband’s thyroid issues and my eczema.
Now to the science of all this:
The average human body, when healthy, has a frequency of 62-72 MHz. Different things we do, or things we come into contact with, can alter this frequency.
- When we have a cold, our bodies run at a lower frequency than normal.
- What we eat impacts our frequency. Processed food has a frequency close to zero, but fresh fruit and vegetables can reach a frequency of 15 MHz.
- Plus Research shows that our attitude toward life can impact our health. Prolonged stress can speed up the progression of certain diseases. Negative thoughts will lower our frequency by up to 12 MHz. On the other hand, positive thoughts can raise your frequency by up to 10 MHz!
The human body in MHz:
Genius Brain: 80-82 MHz
Normal Brain: 62-72 MHz
Human body: 62-78 MHz
Body susceptible to disease: 58 MHz
Susceptible to Epstein Barr: 52 MHz
Susceptible to Cancer: 42 Mhz
Process of Death Begins: 25 MHZ
What does this mean? We need to keep our frequency up. As we’ve read above, this means eating whole foods along with keeping a positive attitude. How else can we raise our frequency? Essential Oils, yes I said essential oils. I’m sure you’ve smelled your favorite flower and experienced the sensation of relaxation from it. That’s the phenomenon of the essential oil of that flower.
The power of essential oils has been researched as well. “For a number of years during my clinical practice, I researched the use of electrical energy for the purpose of reversing the disease process. I kept feeling that there had to be a more natural way of increasing a person’s electrical frequency, which led to the discovery of the electrical frequency of oils. I could not have thought that an oil applied to the bottom of the feet could travel to the neck and reduce pain by 70 percent within one minute. As I saw this happen over and over, I started to realize that there had to be other aspects and elements in the oils that had to be researched.
Clinical research shows that essential oils have the highest frequency of any natural substance known to man.” Dr. Gary Young (founder of Young Living Essential Oils)
The frequencies of some of my personal favorite essential oils are:
- Frankincense @147 MHz
- Lavender @ 118 MHz
- Myrrh @ 105 MHz
- Sandalwood @ 98 MHz
- Peppermint @ 78 MHz
- Basil @ 52 MHz
- Rose @ 320 MHz (this is the highest frequency oil)
- Peace & Calming @105 MHz
- Valor @ 47 MHz
Since oils have such high frequencies, they create an environment in which microbes, disease, bacteria, virus, and fungus cannot live. By applying an essential oil, you can take advantage of their chemistry and restore or raise your frequency to help maintain optimal health and keep diseases or illnesses from manifesting. They can help by reducing the incidence of cold, stress, anxiety, muscle fatigue, brain fog, infections, the list goes on.
Each system in our bodies responds to different frequencies. Use should be based on which system we are trying to enhance. Essential oils in the higher frequency ranges are great for emotional healing, (Frankincense, Rose) They are helpful for dislodging limiting beliefs or past traumas for release.
Essential oils with lower frequencies are better at affecting physical changes, like cells, hormones, and bones, as well as infections and bacteria. (Peppermint, Basil)
What does this mean for you and me? Using an array of oils with varying frequencies can help support all body systems keeping us above the wellness line. My daily essential oil routine consists of the following: Peace and calming to keep my stress level balanced. 1 drop of Frankincense vitality ingested daily to support whole-body wellness. An immunity blend (Thieves essential oil) for immune system support. Rosemary to keep my mind sharp. I also have added more whole fruits and veggies to my diet. Peppermint to support my muscles, especially after exercise.
What will you add to your lifestyle to boost your frequency? I’d enjoy hearing from you.
